Full Automatic Filling Capping 2 In 1 Machine Bottle Filler Milk Drinks Bottling Line
A. Brief Introduction:
The filling line is composed of bottle washing machine, filling machine and sealing machine, fully automatic, smaller in space occupied, more compact in structure, used for plastic bottle or glass bottle, can filling mineral water, fruit juice, health drink, soy sauce, milk, vinegar, wine and so on. It is the ideal filling line for food and drink factories.
Main Features:
1. It’s fully automatic washing, filling and capping combined machine, guarantee the production continuity and reliability, more advanced in technique, smaller in space occupied, more compact in structure.
2. Strong adaptability: because all parts have a height adjusting device, the height of bottle can be adjusted within the range of 170~320mm, changing few parts, such as bottle stirring wheel and guiding plate, to suit different bottle diameter in the range of 50~100mm.
3. This machine has a complete set of fully automatic and reliable protection system. There is a security and protection device under bottle receiving wheel. In case bottle crowding or overload happens at bottle receiving wheel, the machine would stop running at once.
B. Inside detailed parts:
1) Washer Part
The bottle is blown into the bottle shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180°into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.
2) Filler Part
The filling part is mainly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. When the liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.
3) Capper Part
The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel. The photoelectric detection of the detecting signal detects the bottle, send a message to the valve cover, the cylinder cap will open, the caps will be blew into the cover plate by compressed air. The screw head which has magnetic torque will come down when it gets in a straight line with the bottle cap, the rotary cap ring gear seizes the cap and move forward, the cap lid the bottle and screw. When the torque out numbered the adjusted magnetic , the capping head will automatically slip, thus protect the cap from being damaged by the rotary cap ring gear. Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.
4) Cap Unscramble / Cap Loader
Cap Unscramble
Deliver the bottle cap to the capping part, and the cap elevator will adjust the cap to the correct direction, and wait for it to be transferred to the bottle neck.
Cap Loader
The air pressure is transmitted to the cap elevator.
The flat cap loader reduces the occurrence of back cover.
Before entering the cap elevator, the cap surface faces the same direction, speeding up the transportation and reducing false stops.
5) Control System
The brand of the switch is Autonics, and all other electrical brands are Siemens and Schneider.
The electric box is inside the filling machine, saving the factory space.
An external air box is additionally provided, which is convenient for observing the air volume outside and more neat.
6) Prefect Frame
The body and all pipes are made of stainless steel 304.
The parts of door and frame are all made of stainless steel 304 combined with nano glass to reduce the chance of glass damage during transportation.
The door frame is designed with large and wide handle.
