Mainly for the glass bottle juice beverage filling production, including igh position tank and back flow system, make filling quickly, stable and accurate, ensure the material filling temperature and reduce material loss. This 3 in 1 juice filling machine with automatic lifting machine, vibration sorting device. The 3 in 1 juice filling machine mainly contains three parts: bottle washing parts, filling parts, capping parts.
Main operating process: The cap is placed on the cover hoist, the cap is transported by the hoist to the vibrating cover, the bottle on the filling machine entrance, driven by the conveyor in turn into the washing, filling, capping three parts.
