C. Equipment structure and characteristics:
1. The machine adopts the advanced structure of heat sealing and eager cutting, with firm sealing, neat edges and good stitching performance.
2. The body of the sealing and cutting is driven by a cylinder with guide posts at both ends to ensure the stability and reliability of the sealing and cutting film.
3. The conveying trough adopts the flat conveying form, the whole conveying is in place, without changing the template, adapting to various bottle types, and the operation is convenient and quick.
4. The conveying level and feeding direction of the equipment, the size of the machine can be customized according to customer requirements.
5. It adopts an automatic control system, with automatic feeding, bottle unscramble, shrinking, cooling and shaping, the production process is stable & reliable, and it can adapt to long-term work without stopping.
6. Imported high-speed optical fiber sensor, used for counting in the conveying and entering bottles, which is more accurate and stable.
7. Touch screen control makes the equipment action control enter a high-precision and intelligent state. All actions are monitored and various alarms and PC status are displayed on the touch screen, which makes the equipment operation safer and more reliable. It can be operated in a single step, which is convenient for debugging and maintenance.

D. Packaging process:
1. Chain plate conveying: The package is directly placed on the chain plate for conveying purpose.
2. Cover film sealing: The package which has passed the sealing and cutting line is pressed by the pressing device set up above to prevent it from falling. After the pushing cylinder is withdrawn, the film sealing cylinder and the film cutting cylinder work at the same time to complete the film covering and sealing.
3. Shrinking: After finishing the filming, the packaging enters the shrinking tunnel to shrink.
4. Cooling: After the packaging is finished shrinking, it enters the auxiliary rack and waits for stacking after the cooling device installed at the end of the machine.
